Return Eligibility

Items purchased directly from Kinevalley are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all parts and manuals.

How to Start a Return

  1. Locate your order number in your order confirmation email.
  2. Contact Customer Service at 1-800-422-4278 to request a Return Authorization.
  3. Repack your item securely in its original packaging.
  4. Ship to the address provided by Customer Service.
  5. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

  • Installed or damaged products
  • Customized keys or keyed products
  • Final sale items and gift cards

Exchanges & Warranty
